By booking or using the services of Canine Balance Behaviour, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Canine Balance Behaviour.
2. Services
Canine Balance Behaviour provides dog training and behaviour support services, including (but not limited to):

One-to-one training sessions

Behaviour consultations
-
Ongoing training support
All services are provided with the dog’s welfare and safety as a priority.
3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing or verbally.

Payment terms (including fees and payment methods) will be communicated at the time of booking.

Payment may be required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Canine Balance Behaviour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and honest information about their dog, including behaviour history and health issues

Ensure their dog is fit, healthy, and appropriately vaccinated (where applicable)

Maintain control of their dog at all times during sessions

Follow guidance provided during training sessions
Canine Balance Behaviour reserves the right to refuse or end a session if a dog is deemed unsafe or if instructions are not followed.
6. Health & Veterinary Care
Clients must inform Canine Balance Behaviour of:

Any known medical conditions

Recent injuries or illnesses
-
Behaviour concerns involving aggression or anxiety
If a dog becomes unwell or injured during training, the owner remains responsible for veterinary care and costs.
7. Liability

Training outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as results depend on consistency, environment, and owner commitment.

Canine Balance Behaviour is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by a dog during or after training sessions, except where required by law.

Clients are responsible for their dog’s actions at all times.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Use of Training Information
Training plans, advice, and materials provided are for the client’s personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.
10. Photographs & Videos (if applicable)
Photographs or videos may only be taken or used for marketing purposes with the client’s prior consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Canine Balance Behaviour reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply to future bookings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
