Refund Policy

Canine Balance Behaviour

Canine Balance Behaviour aims to provide a high-quality service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

1. General Policy

  • Payments for services are non-refundable once a session has taken place.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed, as dog training and behaviour services are personalised and time-based.

 

2. Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a refund or reschedule, at the discretion of Canine Balance Behaviour.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

 

3. Cancellations by Canine Balance Behaviour

If Canine Balance Behaviour needs to cancel a session:

  • You will be offered a rescheduled session or

  • A full refund for the cancelled session if rescheduling is not possible

 

4. Packages & Block Bookings

  • Payments for training packages or block bookings are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

  • Unused sessions may expire if not used within the agreed timeframe.

  • Sessions within a package are non-transferable.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Serious illness or injury (client or dog)

  • Unforeseen emergencies

Supporting evidence may be requested. Any refund granted in these cases is at the sole discretion of Canine Balance Behaviour.

 

6. Training Outcomes

  • Canine Balance Behaviour cannot guarantee specific training results.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with progress, as outcomes depend on consistency, environment, and client commitment.

 

7. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
